At Venture Communications & Security, our years of combined experience spans the IP video of today with the traditional analog video most have come to know.
BANDWIDTH... BUDGET... IMAGINATION!
While analog video still comprises nearly 80% of CCTV sales, the technology is costing more money to make fewer incremental gains. IP video, on the other hand, is just beginning – its growth and possibilities are endless. With IP camera and recording technology advancing so quickly, we strive to continually educate ourselves to pass along new opportunities to our end-users. IP video offers higher quality and greater clarity video in an extremely scalable solution. IP cameras are created to make intelligent decisions with many built-in capabilities, and can provide anytime, anywhere access – through high-speed internet or cellular remote viewing capabilities.
A powerful array of investigation tools - including digital PTZ into recorded images and time-synchronized playback of video from multiple servers and sites - enable accurate and efficient examination of events and exceptions. Recording management software allows ease of use when monitoring and retrieving video for post-incident review.
IP Video security and software recording solutions are a force multiplier. The applications are endless. The future is intelligent video. The solutions are by Venture Communications & Security.

Superior Imagery with Megapixel Cameras. The image is so detailed that it allows operators to identify subjects on a whole new level when compared to existing analog TV standard systems. Alternatively it can capture an area four times larger while maintaining the same image quality of conventional cameras.

Digital Noise Reduction eliminates wasted recording time and space. It is necessary to amplify the image signal when capturing images under low light conditions. This, however, causes an increase in noise as well. In the i-Pro Series, 2D-DNR for motion area and 3D-DNR for static area are effectively combined, realizing a clear low noise image with less motion blur and resolution deterioration. | Auto Back Focus can eliminate the time required to manually adjust focus when installing cameras or changing location, lowering installation and maintenance costs. It can also be automatically activated when switching from color to B/W mode or vice versa providing the best focus in each mode. This results in a precise focus 24 hours a day, both during the day and at night.

Panasonic Security Solutions
Get the edge in video surveillance system solutions from Panasonic with the best end-to-end imaging performance for IP, analog and hybrid systems. With over 50 years of innovation in professional video surveillance solutions, they have an established reputation for performance, reliability and quality that’s world renowned. With Intelligent Technology features, you get built-in functionality that saves you time and money over the long haul. That’s because “Panasonic get's IT”, and , together, we’re bringing it all to you.
IP networks have become a basic infrastructure in every aspect of personal and business life. Security is no exception. In this environment, IP surveillance systems offer tremendous advantages compared with conventional analog systems. For corporations they address the most important issue of all — lowering total cost of ownership. To enable our customers to take full advantage of this benefit, Panasonic developed i-Pro Series. Incorporating proprietary technology, Panasonic's unique know-how, and i-Pro professional specs throughout. While raising identification, efficiency and reliability to new peaks, its wealth of outstanding features also succeed in dramatically lowering total cost of ownership.

When there is a high contrast between dark and bright areas, it is difficult to reproduce an image satisfying both dark and bright areas. Dark areas disappear if the camera sets its iris to capture the bright areas. Conversely, if the iris is adjusted to the dark areas, bright areas will be washed out. This has been a particular problem with conventional surveillance cameras. Super Dynamic III uses a double speed CCD and a proprietary DSP including Area Free (Pixel-Based) Natural Contrast Image Correction to optimize contrast and faithfully reproduce objects in every area and every level of brightness. Pixel-Based SD III delivers smoother natural reproduction regardless of position, size, shape or number of bright/dark areas. Now available from Panasonic i-Pro, Mega Super Dynamic technology.

Progressive Video Output... Interlaced video produced by an interline transfer CCD has motion blur and tearing problems. This is caused by the timing difference between odd fields and even fields, which gives the image a jagged appearance. This has been a particular problem with conventional surveillance cameras. The i-Pro network cameras provide progressive video output by using a progressive scan CCD or Motion Adaptive Interlace-Progressive conversion, ensuring clear images with less motion blur and no tearing even when the subject is moving.

OnSSI Recording Management Software:
On-Net Surveillance Systems, Inc. offers a comprehensive IP video surveillance control and management software solution. Ocularis, OnSSI's IP Video Control platform, is designed to operate on a single platform with unprecedented levels of user-intuitiveness and scalability. Ocularis' open-architecture, non-proprietary solution platform supports virtually any IP camera and/or encoder in the market, allows for the utilization of off the shelf hardware, and facilitates the integration of new technologies.
OnSSI’s solution-provided video data provides valuable information throughout the enterprise, enhancing safety, reducing insurance exposure and costs, and enhancing marketing, merchandising, and maintenance decisions. The value of OnSSI’s technology far exceeds the intrinsic value of traditional video surveillance. With core competencies rooted in both the IT and professional security markets, OnSSI's unique solution provides feature-rich camera management, sophisticated recording and archiving, automatic Push Live-Video-on-event, control-room video-wall management and virtual matrix functionality. OnSSI's IP solutions can be found in a wide range of municipalities, federal and local government agencies, as well as enterprise, industrial, and educational settings.
As the convergence of physical security and traditional IT applications continues to evolve, security professionals require a new set of tools to help them manage their systems more efficiently. OnSSI offers an innovative IP solution that provides the functionality, scalability and lower total cost of ownership required to move to a truly integrated IP security operational platform. Our IP video system management solutions are different than traditional video surveillance systems because we approach the application from a true IT perspective, which is evidenced by the open architecture and hardware agnostics of our solution, as well as its extensive software-driven functionality and ease of operation. This provides an ideal gateway for users looking to take advantage of the inherent benefits offered by IP systems using their existing systems, and for new IP based deployments.
The intelligence built into OnSSI's IP video surveillance system management solution crosses several operational parameters. We are focused most on what security professionals ‘need’ to see and record, versus seeing and recording everything. By utilizing advanced analytics to detect and filter events, OnSSI’s IP Video Surveillance System Management Solution employs “push” technologies similar to those found in diverse IT management and reporting applications. This provides a more pragmatic approach to IP video and integrated physical security systems without any sacrifice of performance or security operations.
